Jason Healey
Jason will focus on the dynamics of cyber conflict, the back and forth between adversaries for national security purposes in and through cyberspace. It summarizes the results of research by Bob Jervis and Jason Healey of Columbia University to focus on the similarities and differences of conflict in cyberspace and that in the domains of air, land, and sea, and the similarities and differences between the tactical and technical level of conflict compared to operational and strategic levels.
